At Paint Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your paints, brushes, or accessories aren't quite right, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all paint cans are sealed tightly and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
