How do I know which paint finish is right for my room?

Choosing the right finish depends on the room's usage. We recommend Matte or Flat for low-traffic areas like ceilings, Eggshell or Satin for living areas, and Semi-Gloss or High-Gloss for kitchens and bathrooms due to their moisture resistance and ease of cleaning.

Do you offer international shipping for liquid products?

Currently, we only ship liquid paints and solvents within the continental United States due to hazardous material shipping regulations. However, non-liquid accessories like brushes, rollers, and drop cloths can be shipped internationally.

What is your return policy on tinted or custom-mixed paint?

Because custom-mixed colors are created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on tinted paint unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or a mixing error on our part.

How can I calculate how much paint I need to buy?

Generally, one gallon of paint covers approximately 350 to 400 square feet. We recommend measuring the height and width of your walls and subtracting the area of doors and windows to get an accurate estimate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For professional contractors, we also offer credit terms upon application approval.

What should I do if my paint arrives damaged or leaking?

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
